This interview will guide you through the information needed to file an answer to a divorce complaint. It will also let you suggest what you think should be ordered instead.

You will need to have a copy of the divorce complaint in front of you to complete this interview. At the end of the interview, the court forms you need will be created based on your answers.

You will have to save/print the forms and file them at the same district court where the complaint was filed. The court will charge a filing fee (the amount is different in every county) but you can apply to waive the fee if you cannot afford it.
